Order Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If approved:

  • The order will be cancelled
  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method

B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, Cancellations are not permitted.

You may refer to our Exchange Clause below if you receive an incorrect or defective product.

Refund Policy

A. No Refunds for Delivered Orders

Due to the nature of our made-to-order manufacturing and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds for delivered products.

This includes cases such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Personal preference
  • Dislike of colour or fit

We request customers to check size charts and product details carefully before placing the order.

B. Refunds for Cancelled Orders (Before Dispatch)

If cancellation is approved:

  • Refund will be initiated within 4–6 business days
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Bank transfer timelines may vary as per your bank/payment provider

Refunds for Failed Payments / Double Payments

If your payment was deducted but the order was not created due to a technical issue:

  • Please email us your transaction ID
  • Once verified, the amount will be refunded within 4–6 business days

Exchange Policy

We follow a No Return, Exchange-Only policy under specific circumstances.

A. Exchanges Are Allowed ONLY If:

You have received:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item (wrong design, colour, or size delivered)
  • A product with a major manufacturing defect

B. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide Order ID, Clear photos or videos of the issue, Photo of the packaging and garment.
  • The product must be Unused, Unwashed, Unworn and In original condition

If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product only.

C. Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Size issues due to wrong size selection
  • Colour variations due to screen differences
  • Minor fabric or printing imperfections not affecting usability
  • Regular wear and tear
  • Customer damage after delivery
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window

D. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our end: We bear the exchange shipping cost
  • If the customer provided incorrect details: Exchange may be declined or shipping charges may apply

Delivery Issues

A. Lost in Transit

If the courier confirms a lost package:

  • A replacement will be shipped OR
  • A refund will be issued (your choice)

B. Delivery Attempt Failures

If the order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability

No refund will be issued. Reshipping can be done with additional shipping charges.
