We currently ship to:

  • All major serviceable locations across India
  • Delivery availability depends on our courier partners’ serviceability for your pin code.

International shipping is also available, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Charges (International Orders)

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and quantity
  • Ongoing promotional offers

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time in India.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days
  • Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: 7–12 business days

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner name.
  • You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

If tracking information is not updated immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier system to refresh.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 2 delivery attempts.

A delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability
  • Restricted or non-serviceable location

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to address issues or customer unavailability:

  • We will contact you for confirmation of address and reshipment.
  • Reshipping charges may apply, depending on the reason for return.
  • Refunds for returned orders (if applicable) will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages

  • Opened

Kindly report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue
